mike, my friend has been the recipient of the markets generosity. he is up about $350k in his stock options in the last 9 months. what w/b the best way to lock in the profits - he has 2 years to be fully vested. can he short the stock and use his options as collateral? who would give him the best short rebate and what would the net interest rate be? we are talking serious interest $$$ here... tia...
