I would say that SPYG has no competition whatsoever with phone.com, if anything they could use the services that SPYG has to offer. SPYG services are somewhat hard to explain. I suggest you read through their website and a few of their news releases to get a better handle on exactly what Spyglass has in the works and where they shine above many other companies.
