I doubt there is an analyst out there that issued a "strong sell" on CSCO in the past few years. If you cannot find that analyst now, then I would venture to say that he is no longer an analyst. Such is the fate of an analyst that issues a strong sell upon CSCO. May his analyst status rest in peace.
