Have spent time in Japan and know plenty of ventures that have sourced funds from Softbank. Within the "business", Softbank has a terrible reputation and is looked at as a source of funds only. Unfortunately for them, the Market is gravitating towards financing shops that provide funding as well as additional value add services, such as growth potential and key relationships...GE Capital and ICGE come to mind in this arena. Just my opinion. Teflon
