Qdog - Re MMDS. Do you know what limitations the FCC places on MMDS? Do you know if it is posted anywhere on the web? I have been unable to find it and it is important to know those limitations before it is possible to assess the threat to PCS. Clark PS Lastily, your first questions, QCOM IPR is based on a channel that is 1.25 MHz Bandwidth. Not true. You find any mention of the bandwidth in their key patents (power control, soft handoff, ...) and I'll buy you lunch if we are ever in the same state.
