Yea, Benny! That's exactly the right track. Your story reminds me of a delivery person who "explained" to a T.A. therapist how important T.A. was in his life and understanding. But this guy had never been to a therapist... He was making a delivery. Therapists think that T.A. happens when they treat patients. But in fact it happens when patients use T.A.

That's how it will be with e-payments. Banks won't necessarily make them work, but when people who right now are getting checks that come thru banks catch on that they can sign up for automatic delivery, and that's a plus for them, the process will keep moving.

By the way, I had supper with people who could sign up for small business payments tonight and they said it was still too scary for them (my words). Nevertheless I hope Pete gets your comment/suggestion and implements it. It's a good one.

Speaking of scary, congratulations to everyone who contributed to the cool heads phase yesterday and today. I tuned in tonight and trembled. If this was church, we'd have lost the congregation. I'm in awe of the process. Thanks to each of you who helped keep us in order.
