I'm sure there are some who flaunt it, probably trying to make a show. They are certainly a small minority. In any event, the natural right of a woman to feed a hungry baby without stress or interference from her neighbors (and if that ain't a natural right, I don't know what is) should certainly take precedence over the irrational and prurient offense that some might take.
