I think I found my own answer on a link posted on the Yahoo thread --> emsc.navyfcu.org CheckFree's Web Bill Pay service may currently be unavailable depending on where you are accessing the site via the Internet. CheckFree has identified this as a name look-up issue on the Internet. We expect service will begin to be restored during the early evening hours, Tuesday, 31 August (Eastern Time). We anticipate a full service restoration by tomorrow morning, 1 September 1999 (Eastern Time). You may attempt to log on; however, if an error message is received, please try again later. We apologize for any inconvenience resulting from this outage.
