We have gotten successively better "packages" each time and have benefited from each move. I don't think we would have moved so much without the extra incentives but they are pretty nice. I don't think in bad economic times that many companies offer such incentives so therefore there would be fewer relocations. But relocations may not be big enough on the scale to affect the mortgage markets.
