Mani, you got to admit, the timing of his exit is very suspect. And being on a board of directors is not usually a full time job. Board members have not much in the way of meaningful operational assignments except to attend board meetings and look out for shareholders interests.

I don't think Raza's departure was just because he wanted to go sit on a board.

I am fairly certain that there is more to the story than the rest of us know.
