Aloha Kris, Gator, Jocko... Gator, great to hear from you...had almost feared that one of dem beeeg swamp gators had got you before you got it ;) Jocko, glad to see that you are doing your part to pick up the SYD volume... Kris, hear's a thought that has been in the back of my mind. Syd has a super product in Dr. BEAN..OK Word is getting out and SYD would like to sell their product to everyone who needs it. However, each company likes to have that competitive edge. So, if everyone has Dr. BEAN, you have nothing special to crow about. To solve that problem, I've been wondering whether SYD would be willing to allow a company to call the CSR service by some other name? It seems like that might make it more palatable for the Lucent's, AT&Ts, Siebel's of this world to claim that competitive edge, while basically all are using the same CSR product with maybe some specific modifications to suit each company's needs.
