MMDS was originaly made for local private TV bropadcast, but then some two way stuff came up, such as Comcast in NY, so they kinda threw out the rules. Today, it is so unclear about what you can do there. Basically if you stay wihtin the 6 Mhz bandwidth that you get on each channel, you can do practically anything, including run full PCS service there.

At LMDS frequencies, you are limited in functions and since it is 14 GHZ, you cannot do a whole heck of alot, even if Qdog thinks you can violate physics....
