""The search for, and discovery of diamonds in Canada, are the result of the irrepressible
vision of a few extraordinary men and women. It is a search focused on revealing the true
promise of the North, of its spectacular natural resources and more importantly, the
promise of its people meeting the challenges of the future.

Such is the force that drives Tahera Corporation. To bring together some of the most
experienced minds in diamond exploration and mining to manage the resources in a
manner consistent with tried and tested disciplines, and to offer a conduit to success for
those who place their trust in us. To our investors, our staff and our communities, we offer
a vision. A challenge that demands more than merely a promise of performance. We offer
you our undivided commitment.

CANADIAN DIAMONDS

Few people could have imagined even a decade or two ago that diamonds lie hidden
beneath the barren, frozen tundra and the thousands of lakes that form Canada's
Northwest Territories and Nunavut. Yet today, that vast northern landscape stretching from
Canada's western provinces to the Arctic Circle is destined to become one of the most
prolific diamond producing regions in the world.

From a discovery near Lac de Gras in 1991, which led to one of the largest staking rushes
in Canadian mining history, Canadian exploration companies and their overseas partners
have conducted aggressive exploration and development programs which have culminated
in the construction of the first of many diamond mines, with diamond production
commencing in late 1998. Canadian diamonds bring a whole new dimension not only to the
Canadian mining industry but the world diamond industry. Canadian diamonds are here
and they are a reality.

Tahera's Strategy

Tahera is focussed on establishing itself as a significant commercial producer of gem and
near gem quality diamonds for the Canadian and world markets.

The key elements of Tahera's strategy to accomplish this objective are as follows:

to commence commercial production as quickly as possible by
- conducting a feasibility study on developing a diamond mine based on the
Jericho Kimberlite Pipe; and
- pursuing low cost alternatives for commercial production, such as utilizing
existing mining infrastructure;
to complete the evaluation of the Contwoyto-1 Pipe;
to contine an exploration program on the Jericho Properties that will focus on finding
additional kimberlites and obtaining additional information on the kimberlites already
discovered;
to promote the existing relationships with major players in the Canadian diamond
mining industry and leverage off the financial resources and expertise of these
entities;
to utilize the extensive experience of Tahera's management team, and
to conserve the Company's financial resources by restricting its expenditures on
non-core properties to the amounts necessary to maintain its interest in such
properties.
