Dan43-40 - Re: "you might want to recall that the Coppermine is on .18 and the Athlon is on .25 - about to move to .18 - and soon after that to copper .18" You might want to keep in mind that the AthLATE which operates at 1.6 volts ALREADY USES the AMD 0.18 micron transistors & Front End Processing ! The back end metallization is still at 0.25 micron - keeping the die size large. As for copper - I think you are in for a BIG disappointment in the near future. Paul
