CTIA Alert: Since I started this thread I felt I should alert the thread that I am changing my position on DTOX. I still believe in UROD procedure but the management appears to be lacking in their ability to run the company. As I told Frank early on, I planned to give the company a chance up until the end of July. I actually gave them until almost the end of August which I now believe was a mistake. I sold my 24,000 shares of DTOX on Monday. I personally decided the risk was too high and took a significant loss by selling. I will attempt to outline my reasons in the following body of this post. If you are invested in this company or planning on investing in this company please read it all.

Lets compare what this company has promised with what has been delivered.

1. The company talked about hoping to have 10 sites by the end of the year. I understand they are seeing patients in Los Angeles, and Chicago. They may also be seeing patients at their newest location in Denver. I understand that the center in New York has been closed for about a year, and the one in Miami Beach is also closed. The center in New Jersey appeared to closed almost as soon as it opened. I have reason to believe that Cita didn't leave these centers by choice.

2. I was told that Cita would be a fully reporting company in full compliance with SEC by the end of February. Their last filing was form 10-QSB for the period from July 1 to September 30, 1998. That particular filing contained the following on going concern statement: "In the aggregate, these indicators raise substantial doubt about the Registrant's ability to continue as a going concern." I was assured by the company that they had adequate financial backing, yet sources that I consider reliable have told me they continue to have difficulty paying their debts.

3. I was told in early February that their new web site would be up soon and have Investor information on it. Here is the location where their new web site was suppose to be: citabio.com As you can see, to date it is still under construction.

4. I have been unable to independently verify Cita's Patent claims and have reason to believe they may be contested.

5. Persons with additional questions may wish to contact:

Audry Weintrob, Senior Attorney
Division of Enforcement
US SEC

6. If the company can stay in business, there may be an opportunity to make some money as I wouldn't be surprised to see some big pumping soon. But, I feel that only money you can afford to lose should be invested! If the share price should drop significantly more, I may consider acquiring some as a speculative bet on the pumping that may be in the near offering. But I will consider it pure gambling! There is no questioning that they have been working on their web site the past few days.
