<<Has anybody noticed the market cap of ICGE after today is 9.3 billion vs CMGI's market cap of 8 billion??? What the heck is that? The market is saying the ICGE is a more valuable company than CMGI??? That is nuts. >> I have noticed this and IMO ICGE is one of those over-hyped internut stocks (like PHCM, NTOP, JNPR, etc...). ICGE has been public less than a month and is trading based on pure potential. Tell me, does ICGE have a better track record than CMGI? Does ICGE have a stronger portfolio of early stage internet companies than CMGI has? I agree that ICGE's focus on the B to B market is smart...and they have attracted some excellent talent and media coverage. Yet, I feel that Steve Harmon is right when he recently said that ICGE's valuation is too rich for this stage in its life cycle. I currently do not own any ICGE but might be tempted to pick up some shares if they sell off in a big way. CMGI has earned my respect but ICGE is a new internet incubation animal -- one to watch for now. Best Regards, Scott
