a bag capable of carrying 20 tons of (deadweight) cement and being lifted from the hold of a freighter and placed in a RR hopper car which, incidentally, has a V-shaped bottom or in some cases 2 V-shapes per car (for gravity flow emptying of the coal).

Perhaps the bags have zippers or Velcro closures on the bottoms so the cement can be offloaded that same way?

I have one question, Larry: paper or plastic?
