The NV Gaming Commission took away Frank Sinatra's right to participate in the ownership of a casino way back in the 60s or perhaps early 70s because he was known to consort with convicted felons, as I recall. Now if guilt by association is enough (and without any crime being committed) to bar some one like Sinatra do you think the NV Gaming Comm. is going to give permits to someone whose record with 2 States' regulatory agencies AND the SEC is what Stockett's is? Those kind of odds makes the house's odds in roulette look like chicken feed to me! Dee Jay
