Trading pattern doesn't support this theory.

If the shares were rolling back and forth, we would expect to see a tighter bid/ask spread. The seller is really selling, knocking out all the bids until they come up against deep pockets.

One day, just a few minutes before the close, I put an order for 5000 shares in their way, and they sliced through my bid like a "hot knife through butter". The closing ask was below my bid. I have 20,000+ shares of theirs bought in the similar way. These are real trades, with lots of shares changing hands.
