"If it's too good to be true..." OK, now here's the gameplan: buy up cement in Indonesia very cheaply and find empty coal-carrying cargo vessels that deadhead back to LA empty (do they exist? Is the cement of standard quality?) and, fortuitously and timely, invent a whole new way to move cement, i e in 20 ton capy. bags, that will fit in coal hopper cars which deadhead back to WY empty, and route them via UP through Vegas...where the cement will be sold at cut-rate prices so as to take all the market away from the existing concrete suppliers to the building boom. Godfrey Daniel! Reminds me of a wonderful W C Fields movie, "You Can't Cheat an Honest Man". Had to do with stock in something called the Beefsteak Mine...yeeesssss.
