Paul, I'm actually kind of surprised you did not refer to my theory as "hogwash." This is what you said on March 20 (post #9621) when I theorized that Castle Creek could be shorting without filing a Form 13D to the SEC.

"The Valence SEC reports, short open interest reports, and lack of 13D filings, suggest your theory is hogwash."
