Welcome home, C Kahn. I am sure you had someone watching your house while being away - I mean after first declaring the period of your absence in a public forum ... . I didn't dare to say that before your holidays, in order not to spoil them - it is one of the honest reasons for restricting the flow of personal information. We agree about Akula's age. I only hope his / her mental immune system is already strong enough to stand the fora he/she is frequenting. To reach that in that age is more difficult than brightness. Most students are hindered from reaching their optimal level of performance for reasons outside the immediate learning situation. A search produced some public information on truedog's health. I am relieved that he feels better, and I am still holding on to welcome him once he is back. It is true that not much about JFK, nor JFK jr. has been written on both these threads. Still I feel no need to curb 'personal' conversation. Regards MNI.
