I agree. Kernaghan has to take it all. There is no scenario that the small investor can recoup anything from this, unfortunately. I have been saying for some months that TK has a strategy that would do a reverse split 5 to 1, 10 to 1, whatever. TK will probably then do a reverse with a non-publically traded healthcare billing processing company that they have been rumored to be interested in, one with 12-15 M of verifiable revenue, and the small investors will be screwed again.

I would expect that the effect of the bankruptcy protection is to get rid of anybody who is on a contract that contains pay-out penalties and other expenses. Valentine will probably protect his buddy Mighton and everyone else is SOL.
