They have consistently proven that background and duration are not essential qualifications.I wouldn't be surprised if the new guy was someones buddy.Board members and the new guy are from the same venture capital background.BTW, what was the s3 filing last month to sell 3.5 million shares of SCNG?Was this guy an insider?Also, did I read that they just completed a private placement?Are they out of money again?Wouldn't surprise me to see them post a healthy loss,which would explain why the delay in releasing the financials on time.Wouldn't want to scare away the 'new investors'. I'm the bear on this company,for those who don't know me.Mulshine has done a few thing that I didn't, and still don't agree with.
