Who cares... it is an acquistion merger whatever to get into compliance. AVBC will be the successor issuer.

Yep.. I absolutely concur.

It doesn't matter.

The only thing that matters is what the cost of the merger becomes, either in cash paid, or stock dilution.

Either way, I think the move is positive, and intriguing. I've never witness a company actually going through the process of a reverse merger although I have invested in several who have gone public in this manner.

I want to know more about this process.

It is also one of the reasons that I think AVBCE is still worth a speculative investment, since TG has EVERY motivation to make something happen in order to avoid pink sheets.

Personally, I would like to know why it was so difficult for AVBC proper to become a reporting company and what caused it to have to resort to this merger. I know there is quite a bit of legal mumbo-jumbo, and regulatory approvals that are required, but it's just a shame that it is easier to become fully reporting through this process, than the official one.

Regards,

Ron
