I tried to explain that in a post last night. Tom had to create a new company to acquire the assets and all. Next he had to somehow get the assets back into the original company. PLUS he carried the shareholders also. Complicated way he did it. ALso he had to file to be non reporting which compunded the scenario. He is doing what he has to do. :-) GB
