There is blame enough to go around. By placing all blame on Reno the opportunity is missed to get to the root cause of the problem. Reno will be gone in a couple of years (I doubt Gore or Bush would reappoint her) and those who planned and executed will still be there. This attempt to demonize Reno is a smokescreen that hides what really went on and will limit reforms to the departure of Reno. A lazy solution to a tough problem.
