I feel that everyone on this thread should read Posting #10572 posted by P. Webster. Especially those whom work for Novell. The figure that only 12% of large firms plan to use Novell in the future for the intranet needs is scary. Dr. Schmidt had better address the issues in this article soon. The Economist is a well read magazine. Don't forget to click on the hyperlink "chart" as it is an "eye oponer" in itself. This article should be read by all officers of Novell. Perhaps the announcement today of the Novell's Houston project will address this issue.
