I think you are right. I think they are laying low because the news on the horizon is not good. Obviously Capellas will not continue down the same path as 5fer. Change is not easy in a big company. There will be reorganizations, and layoffs, and new strategies which the workers are not trained to implement correctly. This is going to lead to more pain for CPQ and it's owners until the focus shifts away from changing what they are doing to doing what they have decided.
