I had a nice, civil e-mail exchange with Mr. Greenberg yesterday to point out the inaccurate info about G* financing in his first article. I also listed the reasons why shorts are swarming during the inherent uncertain period before the roll-out. He promised to revisit the G* story after the 1st meaningful subscriber/minutes numbers are released and in late 8/00 on the 1-year anniversary of his article using a $26 stock price as a benchmark. His 2nd article is much more reasonable IMHO and I appreciate his reporting on the long G* bonds/short G* stock strategy which goes to help explain the artificially high short interest figures. djane
