Didn't I see a post in the past few weeks saying the Yahoo bill payment feature would be up in October and the bill presentment part follows in '00? I think the incentive is heavily with bill pay. Yahoo and the Yahoo user want bill pay (Yahoo for stickiness, users for convenience); the billers want bill presentment (cost savings, customer service).

Novazen has an informative site (thanks, willy-trader) about EBPP from the biller's point of view. Plenty of market data plus a comparison of the direct biller (Novazen) approach vs. concentrator (CKFR). A bit slanted, but still informative.
