Juniper Networks, Inc. Files Registration Statement for Public Offering
MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 1999--Juniper Networks, Inc. (Nasdaq:JNPR - news), a leading provider of next-generation Internet infrastructure systems, today announced that it has filed a registration statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission for a proposed offering of up to 5,750,000 shares of Juniper Networks common stock.
Of the total shares offered, 1,500,000 shares will be offered by the Company and 3,500,000 will be offered by certain stockholders of the Company.
