<Dale I hope you are short the stock and not just writing to see yourself in print...I really doubt you have that courage of conviction, however... >

If you have been reading my posts, and I know you have, you know that I do not hold a position in this stock. I have no particular opinion regarding the company now and wasn't particularly interested in the issue until the longs started making false claims that the science behind the product had been proved by submission of data to the New England Journal of Medicine for publication. That sent my personal shill-o-meter needle into the red zone. We have been over this subject before. Since you have made it a big issue I will follow up on it until either the article is published or until it is clear that it isn't likely to see the light of day.

As I have also said, the product may sell very well in the absence of publication of the study. It could sell well in the absence of any sound science to support for that matter, the power of marketing being what it is (see today's press release).
