Him- I agree that we must be cautious until receiving confirmation from OTC-BB. I'm not sure how that will be communicated other than in their 'Daily List' which still shows AVBC as gone (as of yesterday). If we do go pink tomorrow, I'd imagine that there will be another flurry of sells like we saw yesterday, However, given today's announcement and the description of the steps to remove the 'E', it appears that the company has been in contact with the SEC and the BB to confirm that its status will be upheld. Again, wait and see but I'm cautiously optimistic. grabs
