Joseph, re: MD selling his stock. First, all insiders must register their intent to sell stock with the SEC. This is a formal filing of documents. Second, if I were MD, I sure would be doing the same thing. Its call diversification. Heck, I do the same thing with my own portfolio when its gets out of balance. Third, all insiders of all the public companies do the same thing.

IMO, its a bad thing to sell one's stock if the company is doing poorly. Selling at these times sends a very negative signal to the shareholders, and others that follow the company. You know the saying...rats desert a sinking ship. <VBG>
