ST. LOUIS (Reuters) - Express Scripts Inc. (Nasdaq:ESRX - news), the No. 1 independent U.S. pharmacy benefit manager, said Tuesday it struck a deal with PlanetRx.com Inc. that gives it a 19.9-percent stake in the Internet drug store.

Under the agreement, Express Scripts will use PlanetRx.Com as its exclusive Internet pharmacy for its 36 million members. It said it would also transfer the e-commerce assets of its Internet operation, yourPharmacy.com, to PlanetRx.com, when the company holds its initial public offering.
