CHAT ONZA on it, and it has news.

CHATSWORTH, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 1999--ChatCom Inc. (OTC
BB:CHAT) has been preparing to announce its new "Signature Verification
System" called "ChatLok"; however, due to a recent glitch in Microsoft's
Internet software, ChatCom felt it was time to make its new system known to
the public.

CEO James P. Roche believes that this current mishap can be avoided if
everyone's computer is protected by a true password usable only by the
holder: their signature. Hotmail subscribers would not have had to worry if
their system was protected by ChatLok. Although ChatCom had originally
intended to couple its new security system with its servers it is apparent
that there is now more than ever a need for a foolproof security system for
Internet users. ChatLok has been extensively tested and never failed under
test conditions. Maybe it's time the ISP's look a little closer at the
potential problem for its users. Does ChatLok provide the answer everyone has
been looking for? Remember, the Internet is the gateway to your privacy.

ChatCom is in the process of finalizing a licensing agreement with the
Licensor and is preparing to launch the new product within the next 30 days.
It is expected deliveries will start in about 60 to 90 days. It is simple,
inexpensive and works every time. First came the chip, then the computer,
software, the Internet, AOL and now the final item we all have been waiting
for and just before entering the 21st century, "Security on the Internet".
ChatCom's Key to the Internet is ChatLok.
