why should management respond to this move? should management respond to an up move? qcom's move is just normal for a stock that is volatile.. unless something really stinks,,,,the public can only guess that this move is normal...but who knows, eh? if a stock can move up 20 points in a heart beat,,,it can certainly do the same in less time. good luck.
