Please tell me that people aren't selling DELL today based on the MD share sales...talk about an insignificant event. I heard that the insider sales of MD were a bit sensationalized on CNBC as usual, but by now I just assumed that it would be viewed as routine disclosure...nothing more, and nothing less. I think we were all a little surprised by yesterday's afternoon surge, so some profit takers and speculative shorts emerge today...no big deal...I just hope people don't foolishly sell shares because MD liquidates a tiny fraction of his holdings..I highly doubt he views his company as "toppy" at these levels.
