Tim,
though I agree that CS is a prime takeover target right now and putting it would likely not be advised. It doesn't make Cramer wrong about CS being a dog. They are virtually non-players in the networking market nowadays. They could however augment the product lines of a couple of the main players. This, of course, is the attraction.
