whats worse is what they did in 1976... they had no upper limit on the quantity of the 3 coin sets that were produced.

I have one of those sets... its not worth much.

i got burned by the mint at other times when they decided to remove the #coins minted limit after I had already bought under the assumption the # to be minted was limited.

Now I have 10 fugios... I'm gonna get them off to a cert lab to get them officially certified.

at least the fugio mint # is limited.

I like ANACS ( anacs.com ) ... does anyone know of a better service in terms of quality and service? In my experience, PGC tends to grade higher than ANACS. and it leads to speculation of its own when different outfits grade differently.

The price of getting coins certified via the official ANA ( money.org ) service (NGC) is prohibitive... Why pay $23 when I can pay $9 ?
