Tim ..thats right...I had been holding CS fpr over 4 months - I fully expect they will be bought, BUT I am being careful, I have seen this pattern with CS for over a year...Patel is the result (my GUESS) of bungled negotiating between Levine and Siemens - I believe CS was close to going and my guess is Levine's temper or stuborness got in the way...But if its NOT bought withn 5 trading days it will drop a few points
