As much as I believe the price of JNPR is artificially inflated due to limited float I can tell you that they are in no way shape or form running out of cash. Be serious. That being said the effect of creating more float will bring the price down and in December when insiders are able to sell ... adding even more float ... the stock price will likely only go south from here unless JNPR reports significant revenue's. JMO OG
