I could respond if I knew what the hell you are talking about. Frankly, I do not believe I hold a grudge against you. If you would like and it would make you happy, I will hold a grudge. Do you want me to hold it in my left or right hand.
I still stand on my comment. Your post to Dorothy relative to the two stocks you mentioned WERE the only legitimate post on the thread. The only other factual post was the inadvertent spam by another individual.
I you believe this is the most childish thread you have ever read, you reall yneed to sample some of the other threads SI has to offer. You will be amazed at how this April Fool's Day thread set up by Jeff Mitchell (not me) and participated on by numerous good natured individuals resembles some of the REAL threads that exist on SI.
You came into this at the tail end of the joke and ypu sill may not have gotten the joke. CLON does not exist and never did. It was the brainchild of Jeff Mitchell. As people caught on, they posted "parodies" of real situations they have seen across the threads they visit. As a matter of fact, I though the most hilarious post was how they killed off the CEO of CLON via a helicopter accident in Indonesia. As it urtened out, it was not so funny since the Chief Geologists for BRE-X Minerals died (or committed suicide) by plummeting from a helicopter in Indonesia. Other new articles were real acrticles also that had names and dates changed.
This thread was both a wonderful joke on the part of Jeff and a great lesson. There were a few people, and it looks like it included you, that actually got caught up in the hype and hysteria. Go back and read the absurdity of the initial post by Jeff that started this thread. Jeff became a preacher and had his flock almost "fleece" some unwitting souls. I was just a player like everyone else and fed on the absurdities brought forth. However, a vast majority of the statements and comments that were made can be found on other threads everyday relative to real stocks. Some of it is truth, some of it is hype, and some of it is scam. Whatever it is, it exists today on various threads. The participants on this April Fools thread really do not have that vivid an imagination since most of the responses came from other threads they have read or visited just like the slight changes made to some news releases.
I cannot write anymore since I can't think of anything more to say and my 5 fingers hurt. Therefore, YOU have 2 choices:
1. Laugh along with us on this Jeff Mitchell orchestrated parody.
2. Figure out what crawled up your butt and died, leaving rigor mortus to spread to your cranial area.
Actually there is a third choice: You get the last laugh by making me write this reply on what is obviously your attempt at levity (I would like to thank all those that made this award possible....) and we can plot a suitable way of getting back at Jeff for his brillant "scam".
