On the contrary. The entire issue of the supposed "offensiveness" of the sight of a partially disrobed female breast in public is based upon the implicit sexuality of that particular secondary sex characteristic in the mind of certain beholders. Otherwise, why would the sight of a breast in a public place be more offensive than, say, a bare shoulder? Men associate breasts much more directly with sex than the bare shoulder in our culture, and therefore some people find it offensive and distasteful to see in any context, even that of feeding a baby, which of itself would certainly not be a behavior that would create offense. In some cultures, breasts do not carry most of the directly sexual connotations that they do here, and so the sight of a bare-breasted woman does not raise an eyebrow.

I would wager that if it were the men who had the breasts and were responsible for feedings, they'd automatically get the front tables.
