I agree with Jeff and Tom totally. I also read the
recent 10K filing on 3/20/97 by NABI and noted that
the number of shares outstanding has fallen from
35.7 Million in September to 34.7M on 3/20/97. Of
the 34.7 Million, 33.1 Million are held by
non-affiliated entities and individuals. From
this, I surmise that growing earnings should bring
more institutional buying of a reduced number of
outstanding shares, which should mean good news for
us. The 10K also discusses the products in
development and suggests NABI will have high
visibility this year (hopefully much more positive
than the March visibility). I also charted NABI
back more than 2 years and and saw that last time
it was at the current price was December of 1993.
I doubt the current price will last very long. I
see rock-bottom at 5 if the market downturn
continues and would like to squeeze in another
purchase at that level. We should be back to 10
within months and maybe even reach the teens this
year. NABI's current market capitalization equals
their yearly revenues last year. I'm convinced
fair value is at least 12.
