Your post was clear, but, just for the record, you stated: "Nevertheless, it is floorless and thus, if you believe the business plan, you should rejoice." Left out the "not", force of habit, perhaps.
You know how your statements are picked apart, just thought I'd mention it...
Of course, you have been correct in your prediction of the share price decline. However, your prediction of death spiral due to endless ADDITIONAL floorless financing does appear to have come to pass.
At this point, we are left with those who are bullish on the business plan, and those who are not. Time will tell
