www.eBIZnet.com, Inc. Files Form 10-SB with U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission

DEERFIELD BEACH, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Sept. 1, 1999-- www.eBIZnet.com, Inc. (OTC BB:BIZN) (OTC BB:BIZNE) (OTC BB:BIZNE.OB) announced today that is has filed its Form 10-SB with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) to become fully reporting.

The registration becomes effective upon completion and clearance of the SEC review process and establishes a publicly available file containing financial and business-related information about eBIZnet. Upon the effective date, eBIZnet will become fully reporting under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, and will be required to file Quarterly Reports (Forms 10Q), and Annual Reports (Forms 10K), reports of corporate developments (Forms 8K) and Proxy disclosure statements.

According to COO Brooks Faulkenberry ``This initial filing begins the process of BIZN becoming a Fully Reporting Company. It will give the investment community access to complete and timely information. This filing is also a step towards the Company's goal of becoming listed on the NASDAQ.'

The Company's 10-SB form will be available for viewing at the website of the SEC at www.sec.gov. Included in the Form 10-SB are BIZN's plans, audited financial statements, and material contracts including a contract with 24/7 Media Inc. (Nasdaq:TFSM - news) to represent 10 of the Company's websites' banner advertising sales.

Until such time as the SEC's comments are cleared, the stock will not be quoted on the OTC BB but will be listed on the pink sheets. The company intends to regain its OTC BB listing upon completion of the SEC review process

eBIZnet plans to continue its current development, providing innovative Internet services.
