Tom, here we have very good news announced at last, and it seems some of our colleagues are a little snippy. Ditch sounded downright dismayed by the financing announcement. This financing ensures survivability until positive cash flow is attained. The motivation to short is removed. These debtholders prosper if the stock goes up, just like you and I do. These debtholders may be in a position to clean up any of the residual hangover from the first PP. We are one month from having the participation level of Lifetime Learning determined. There have been rumors (note "rumors" refers to information of undetermined validity) of new deals being worked on which may be announced in September. The dog days of summer are over.
