Richard,

I don't think this will be an issue much longer. Do you remember what Maxam had to go through to get a waiver of an Aquifer Protection Permit. Well, Orex still has to go through that same process to activate their old ground water protection plan. They will not be granted a waiver since cyanide was already used at the site at one time. The state will also require them to tell what Haber's chemicals are. This will become public information and then we will all know what it is.

PS As of yesterday morning they still had not contacted the state to activate their permit.
